Do This: Mint Julep


Yes, that crumb does bother me. 

I was more in the mood for a mojito, but I generally don't keep light rum or limes in the house. So Mint Julep it was. Put about half a spoonful of sugar in a glass and muddled it with four or five mint leaves. Added a shot of bourbon and ice. Stirred a bit. Tasted. Oof, very strong. 


So I muddled a bit more sugar and mint. Added that. Much better.
