183: Sauteed Radish Greens


This was a super quick, sloppy pairing with the risotto. Stirring that, watching it get creamier and heavier I panicked a little. I desperately needed something peppery and light to combat the assault on my stomach. So I grabbed the greens from the radishes, a small onion, sliced thin, and sauteed those up with a little garlic and salt. It was a little unweidly- I hadn't chopped the greens at all as they were rather small- and overall needs more work before I'd serve it to someone not-me, but good enough as a side to the (glorious) mass of carb that was the risotto.
