173: Mizuna Salad


Yes, this is familiar. Part of me didn't really want to post it, but eh, here we are. I used mizuna and most of a macintosh apple. Added a few scallions for a bit of oniony-ness. The dressing is mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Really nicely refreshing, sweet and tart and with a little bite. Something you'll probably see again and again on this blog.
