Dish 6: Kale Scrambled Eggs


Nom.

Sauté some kale (chopped). Whisk your eggs with a little milk. Turn the heat down and add the eggs to the pan. Cook 'em per your preference. Add a little red pepper flake if you still haven't moved your sriracha to your new apartment. 

Plate, add some chopped garlic chives, a little salt and pepper. Maybe be a little sad you also don't have that pepper cheese blend at the new place either. 

Remember you have amazing sourdough from SCRATCHbread. Be super happy with your breakfast anyway.
