Dish 14: Mustard Greens and Scallion Scrambled Eggs


Bitter is a flavor I've come to love. It's a sign of getting old. Mustard Greens scrambled eggs (prepped a la kale) were an awesome breakfast. Especially because I chopped up a scallion and added it to the pan first. A nice mild onion flavor is never a bad thing.
