I'm always up for trying something new and possibly weird, so I was intrigued when I saw
this recipe from Bon Appetit. I'm not sure I get the whole radish on toast concept- maybe my ratios are off or something, because the only time it's worked (somewhat) for me was
with pate on very very thing bread. Beyond that the radish gets lost.
This dish provided no insight. It was meh, but an excuse to buy tasty bread and more yogurt, so I'm not exactly complaining.
