210: Roasted Cauliflower


No recipe, just the standard simple roast with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Roasted until tender. Maybe it's superficial but I feel like this tasted better than the standard roasted cauliflower. Or maybe it's just fresher than the white ones we've been getting. 

I went a little light on the roasting as I was running late and I have a habit of torching the ends of the florets, definitely could've gone farther, but still very good as is.
